LA OPORTUNIDAD:
Estamos buscando a un Demand Planner dentro de nuestra división de Supply Chain en nuestra oficina central ubicada en Viladecans, Barcelona.

Serás responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad de producto terminado para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes; alcanzando los objetivos de la empresa en Servicio al Cliente, Inventario y Exactitud en la Previsión de ventas.

CONTRIBUIRÁS A TRÁVES DE:

- Gestionar el proceso de planificación de la demanda en el medio y largo plazo con el fin de conseguir un alto nível de “accuracy” del porfolio de las categorías.
- Desarrollar una comunicación sólida y establecer vínculos con el área de ventas, líderes de las categorías y Supply para comprender y reflejar las diferentes “assumtions” en el forecast.
- Liderar el desarrollo de herramientas e informes nuevos/mejorados para asegurar que la función de demanda satisfaga las necesidades del negocio.
- Llevar a cabo la cobertura del inventario y seguimiento diario de los planes de entradas de producto acabado asegurando un balance entre los objetivos de la compañía, nível de servicio, acierto en la demanda e inventario.
- Participar y liderar las reuniones de S&OP junto con nuestros departamentos de Ventas y Marketing.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los planes de producción y entradas junto con los responsables europeos de Planificación.
- Definir el plan de entregas de nuestros Copackers y realizar su seguimiento cuando sea necesario.

LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO:

- Grado en ADE, Económicas o carrera técnica similar.
- Nível de Excel avanzado.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en el área de Supply Chain Planning preferiblemente en empresas de Gran Consumo.
- Conocimientos de SAP/APO.
- Se valorará haber realizado los dos primeros módulos de APICs (SC).
- Capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados, habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y gestión del cambio.
