With 35 brands, including 3 one billion Euro brands (Magnum, Wall’s, Ben & Jerry’s), a strong presence in more than 60 countries, and annual revenue exceeding $8 billion, TMICC is committed to innovation, quality and sustainability, and to transforming moments into memories through responsible products.ResponsibilitiesClear understanding of the Out of Home channel and its sub‑channels, including competitive landscape.Identify hunting opportunities and define the acquisition roadmap.Prepare and lead negotiations with customers and other relevant entities regarding pricing, assets, legal and fiscal considerations, brand investment and category incrementality.Coordinate drafting and final version of contracts with customers and internal stakeholders, and successfully sign off.Prepare annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) per channel and customer in coordination with Marketing, CSP, Supply Chain and Finance.Define and propose annual plans and follow‑up KPIs.Define and agree on an annual meetings calendar per customer.Analyze business performance and develop corrective action plans per channel and customer.Coordinate and challenge the team to excel on its accounts.Act as a change catalyst and lead the transformation of the execution strategy for each channel and customer.Be a source of inspiration for the team and peers.Provide constructive feedback to team members.Develop talent nurture and personal development plans for each team member.Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree, preferably in Business & Administration.Relevant experience in key accounts management, preferably with Retail Channel and categories such as Ice Cream, Snacking, Soft Drinks or Beer.Proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.SkillsEntrepreneurship, autonomy and collaboration.Analytical, planning and project‑management skills.Passion, energy and performance‑driven mindset.Seniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: OtherIndustries: Food and Beverage ServicesPlease apply online and upload your CV.
