**Job Purpose**
**Main Accountabilities**
- Ensure the attraction and selection of the talent that Vueling needs.
- Ensure professional development, commitment and fulfillment of business objectives
- Provide Talent's technical expertise in all these projects
- Ensure the quality and recommendation levels of the employees they serve
- Ensure compliance
- Make the department managed a better place to work.
- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Define, implement and supervise the strategy and processes of employer branding and talent acquisition (recruiting of the staff group), in coordination with the People Business Partner Area
- Define, implement and supervise the talent development strategy and processes (staff group training, soft skills and language training for all groups; performance management, talent review & succession plan for the staff group), in coordination with the People Business Partner Area
- Execute and ensure the diversity & inclusion strategy of Vueling and IAG, in coordination with the People Business Partner Area
- Provide support and participate in cross Vueling projects
- Hire and manage external recruitment and learning services
- Prepare the annual budget for the Vueling Talent department, and carry out the necessary follow-up, anticipating deviations once the year has begun
- Organize and manage the team, promoting their development, teamwork and communication, between their collaborators and the rest of the Company Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
**Main Relationships**
- Managers of the entire Company, People Business Partner Area, People departments, Operations (pilots and TCP), external suppliers, FUNDAE.
**Education**
- University degree Postgraduate in human resources or equivalent
**Experience**
- Extensive experience in recruitment
- Extensive experience in training and development
- Extensive experience in performance management
- Experience with HR analytics and HR technology platforms
- Experience managing internal and external teams
