What is the purpose/mission of the position?
- Coordinate the definition and use of business KPIs from all areas of the company, ensuring clarity, consistency and accuracy, depending on the head of content and data governance of the company.
- Collaborate in the design of useful, practical and clear dashboards, respecting existing standards and frameworks.
- Promote the proper use of the defined KPIs by supporting departments in the location, mode of use and detection of needs.
- Manage tasks, people and deliverables.
- Interlocution with business areas.

What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines of the data strategy, by supervising the work done by the people in charge and the correct orientation of business requirements.
- Work very close to the business departments, helping them to define their follow-up KPIs and formalize these definitions for their proper development by the data engineering team from a technical point of view.
- Design and develop monitoring dashboards to enable business areas to correctly monitor and obtain insights.
- Provide support for solving problems of quality, coherence, clarity or operation related to KPI's or dashboards to ensure that analytical information is used in the most powerful way possible.

What are we looking for?

Degree in Business Intelligence, Master or similar training.

7 years of experience in a similar position, in Business Intelligence environments.

Tools: Power Platform, Power B.I

3 years required leading teams.
