Role reports to: Key Account Manager Location: Madrid or Barcelona **Purpose**: ***: The mission of a Junior Key Account Manager is to guarantee the sales growth of Medline products, customer loyalty, and service excellence, specifically focused on key customers or accounts. All this in close collaboration with the sales force and customer service department. **Activities and Responsibilities**: - Conducting visits with clients in collaboration with the Account Manager of the area. - Demonstration during visits, the clinical and economic benefits of Medline products, through presentations and product tests - Realization in collaboration with the KAM of economic offers for clients - Analysis of strategic sales and market trends - Develop a deep understanding of the clinical and political environment of Medline to predict what factors influence clients when deciding their purchases. - Meetings’ preparation to communicate closed agreements with Sales and Marketing teams - Perform other functions to ensure the satisfaction of customer expectations and requests. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Business area - 2-4 Work experience in a similar role preferably in the healthcare industry - Assertiveness, decisiveness, and positive attitude - Strong communication and argumentation skills - High teamwork capacity - Capacity to manage high workloads - Strong organizational skills for data analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English - Good Microsoft Office skills (especially with Excel, PowerPoint) - Travel (>60% Monday to Friday); Class B driving license **What benefits do we offer?**: - Flexible schedule - Company Car - Life insurance, medical insurance, and pension plan - Language classes and license from LinkedIn Learning in search of continuous learning - Team building events throughout the year to promote team coherence
