**What do you have to offer?**
All round passion in Human Resources** **and a strong drive to software. But also:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Excel skills and technical aptitude
- Able to work on projects
**Which task can you expect?**
Your duties will consist of:
- Performing functional analyses/workshops at the customer's site.
- Implementing, configuring, testing, and maintaining projects at the customer's site.
- Ensuring continuity and correct operation of implemented processes, systems and
tools at the customer's site.
- Participating in the translation of relevant market trends into the basic X-Tend
package (SD Worx Payroll Add-on built on Microsoft Dynamics Axapta technology).
- Provide support and advice to customers within the scope of the service.
- Build a relationship of trust with customers and be alert to additional needs.
- Actively participate in upselling various services and tools.
