**Job description**

To support our growth, we are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Sales team within our Revenue Office.
Missions and activities
As Sales Manager, you will contribute to driving our local and international commercial growth mainly in Europe:

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and account management.
- Develop and monitor sales pipelines to ensure order targets are achieved.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions with customers and partners.
- Ensure proper contractual terms to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and customer-success teams

**Preferred Experience***
- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in BtoB Software sales and/or business development,
- Proven ability to win new logos,
- A graduate degree in business or engineering sciences,
- Professional experience in startups or green techs and SaaS business models is a plus.
- An understanding of renewable energy and battery systems and relevant professional networks to support sales (e.g. on safety, asset management, EV fleet management, utilities),
- Proven ability to design and implement successful Challenger sales strategies,
- Integrity and enthusiasm,
- Strong presentation and communication skills including experience in contractual negotiations,
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot,
- Fluency in English with proficiency in French and/or another language a plus,
- Based around bigger train stations in Schengen zone, with quick travel to Paris/London possible.
