The **Sales Manager**, New Logo will focus on driving customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth objectives through strategic engagement with new clients.

The **Sales Manager** will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, successfully closing new deals to drive revenue growth. **This is a hybrid role from our Madrid office, reporting to the Director of Sales.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote the company’s services and solutions to drive growth in the Spanish market through external relationships and networks
- Owns development of an executable strategy for specific pipeline development that supports the assigned sales goals
- Anticipate Customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful
- Drives sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline
- Engaged in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; contract negotiation and closing
- Proactively collaborates with other members of the team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new revenue

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of solution selling experience
- MUST HAVE experience in sales within the Contact Center Software marketplace
- Consistently exceed revenue and quota targets
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of the Contact Center industry and familiarity with industry leaders and competitors
- Proven prospecting skills that deliver new business
- Hunter: effective prospecting skills that enable you to identify, penetrate and close on new logo business
- Consultative approach and effective negotiation skills
- Work on a matrix team
