Senior Corporate Development Manager

**Organization**:
Multinational company in the energy and industrial sector is looking for a Senior Corporate Development Manager who will be responsible for developing large investment project opportunities.
**Function**:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop them into commercial projects in the oil and renewable energies sector.
- Acquire and negotiate large investment projects from the generation of the idea until the commercial action is developed.
- Defining financial KPIs, CAPEX and OPEX considering the feasibility of the operations and P&L costs.
- Maximization and optimization of all commercial opportunities in order to lead new projects and establish new partnerships and joint ventures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Sciences. Master, MBA or PhD preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing international projects and leading complex teams. In addition, the experience needs to be focused on large investment projects or joint ventures in the energy or chemical sector.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders complemented with strong analytical skills for assessing business opportunities.
- Understanding of political, technical and financial environments with a strong orientation towards corporate culture and customers’ needs.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is considered a plus.
