This position sits within our Beyond The Bed unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Theme Park Market Contracting Manager. This is a 6 months fixed term contract.
This role is responsible for planning, contracting and managing supplier relationships and ensuring the company has the best commercial conditions.

Accountabilities:

- Achieve sales targets and operating margins.
- Achieve override and marketing contribution targets.
- Negotiate best rates with all suppliers to remain competitive.
- Meet contracting targets as per definition provided by Regional Contracting Manager.
- Negotiating most competitive deals and maximizing operating margin
- Implement Product Strategy and develop it as per planification performed with the regional manager in order to effectively drive to company desired targets
- Keeping abreast of product and market developments in destinations
- Ensuring you maximize override performance without high-risk targets
- Managing supplier services levels and ensuring they adhere to all company regulations
- Communicating regularly with worldwide sales teams on product developments
**Profile**:

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships with individuals and hotel partners using an open and consultative approach
- Highly developed communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Previous experience of contracting and negotiation suppliers
- Excellent in Spanish and English language - spoken and written
- Know-how in the industry
- Autonomous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural versatility and empathy
- Passionate about customer satisfaction, with a personal commitment to organizational excellence
- High values with high standards of personal integrity
