**Descripción del puesto**:
We are looking for an intern to assist the Office & Logistics Manager at our Madrid office. This person would be responsible for the preparation and shipment of Stock orders and Swatches (fabric samples) to our customers, who are Fashion brands.

We are looking for a Internship position to join our Production department at our Madrid office, with immediate availability:

- Support the Production team with the orders management
- daily follows-up and labdip processing.
- Prepare Quality Reports, Packing Lists and align on the quantities ordered.
- Reception of production packages & the office and responsible for maintaining the lab organized.
- Logistics. Control orders being shipped by the suppliers and clients.
- Organize the division of the production orders meters.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and other required documentation for exportations.
- Support the Production team for specific projects.
- Management of the certification daily paperwork.

PYRATEX® is a start-up company. This internship allows you to work directly with all departments and clients and understand all facets of the Textile Industry.

**Perfil**:
We are looking for people who have
- Knowledge of fashion, supply chain or logistics.
- Advanced English (speaking & writing, minimum C1 level or equivalent is required)
- Highly motivated in the world of responsible fashion, start-ups and new technologies
- Organized, deadline & detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of G-Suite / MS-Office
- International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment
- Available for traveling to visit different production sites, posession of a valid driver's license is a plus
