What will your challenges be?
- Priorize and help organize the Data Science Specialists in your team.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into technical specifications that allow the creation and building of models.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to seamlessly integrate model outputs into business processes and decision-making platforms.
- Utilize Python and libraries such as scikit-learn for model building, testing, and deployment.
- Work with big data tools on GCP, including BigQuery and Vertex AI, to manage large datasets and perform data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate model outputs into business processes and decision-making platforms.

Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Experience**: Minimum 6 years of experience in data science or a related field. Ideally with experience as a tech lead.
**Education**: University Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
**Languages**: English upper-intermediate (B2)
**IT Skills**: Solid knowledge in Python and SQL; familiarity with machine learning frameworks and GCP tools.
**Others**: Strong analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
