**_ What will be my roles and responsibilities?_**
Development of existing client portfolio in DACH markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), as well as acquisition of new accounts, both XML for Bedbank and offline for the different international DMCs of the company.
General Functions:
- Management of the assigned customer portfolio and customer loyalty: negotiation of agreements, regular calls, troubleshooting, etc...
- Attraction of new clients in the indicated markets, both for bedbank and offline (operations at destination, groups, series, circuits, etc...).
- Identification of needs and areas of improvement for the correct distribution of products in the assigned market (technical, operational, financial, etc...) and its intermediation with the corresponding departments for the implementation of the same.
- Visits to clients and attendance to the main tourism fairs in their countries of origin.
Relationship with other departments and delegations:
- Coordination with W2M central departments and local sourcing offices for proper product distribution, identification and implementation of product needs with special emphasis on preferred product, D&G, etc....
- Coordination with the SIDs of the different local offices for the review and update of product mapping and competitiveness, procurement of offers, marketing campaigns, etc...
- Coordination with the xml and optimization departments for the resolution of technical incidents, crosschecks of mapped product, implementation of tools or developments that favor collaboration with new and existing customers.
- Finance / Admin: Coordination of payment terms and conditions, credits, financial agreements, etc... of the customers in your portfolio.

- Native level of German and high level of Spanish essential. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.

- Previous work experience in the distribution sector, in sales or recruitment.
- Higher or postgraduate courses in sales or marketing (Will be positively valued).
