PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The Office Manager will support the People Team in making our workplace better than already is. This will be an excellent opportunity to work along with different teams, learn about HR processes and work in a multicultural environment.
**J ob Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage travel and accommodation requests from our teams across Spain and Latam by coordinating with our current provider.
**Manage our office supplies**: fruits, snacks, beverages, and ensure these are always available on a dayli basis.
**Support the people team with the administration of the HRIS**: updating employee files, documentation, creating new users and generating reports.
Coordinate the organization of our team building activities and other company events.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills with positive attitude.
Ability to support change initiatives.
Previous experience within a fast paced and highly energetic environment will be a plus.
Assertive with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work with staff at all levels.
