**Position**: Field Sales Associate
**We are looking for a **Field Sales Associate** to join our team in Madrid. This position will work closely with various internal departments, suppliers, and clients across the Spanish territory. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations in the sales process and will help strengthen our service to customers and partners.

The daily responsibilities include **administrative tasks** such as: managing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams etc. The role will also be responsible for launching and tracking sales orders, issuing accurate invoices in line with contractual terms.

In addition, the **Field Sales Associate** will handle administrative issue resolution, including invoice discrepancies while maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients.

We seek for a detail-oriented person, proactive, and with strong communication skills to follow up on orders and maintain strong relationships with clients.

**How we imagine you**:

- Proficient/native in Spanish
- ** Has previous experience in administrative positions**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Being comfortable working both independently and as a team member.
- Taking responsibility of the duties.
- Working under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can-do attitude.
- Facing challenges, involving continuous changes and ready of stepping up to demonstrate successful completion of the cases.
