Accountant, Intercompany

**What You'll Do**:
The job evolves in a SOX compliant environment. You will ensure the delivery of your SOX controls in a timely manner and with the expected level of quality.

Your role will require you to work closely with the Field Finance, FP&A and Corporate Tax teams in different countries, with whom you will ensure a good working relationship.

You will make sure that requests, pre-qualified by the front desk are delivered in a pre-defined deadline in conjunction with the front desk. You will also make sure that your monthly analysis respects the need for presenting data to our stakeholders.

As senior general Accountant/Senior collaborator, you will have to organize your tasks in a proactive manner, ensuring that collaboration with other departments is fully mobilized and meeting the deadlines. You will be part of a team working for other countries, and have to be able to support and be the backup for.

You will work on the optimization and standardization of our processes, support and/or lead end-to-end projects. This will also require a reasonable understanding of the specifics by country in which we operate.

Your tasks will include:

- Computation and supervision of the manual intercompany recharge Control of Intercompany entries by rising and analyzing BI
- Sanity check on Intercompany and associated items Active participation in projects
- Collaboration with treasury to the cash landing and cash forecast processes Analyzing variations and developments.
- Set-up and/or update the processes
- Follow up the issues raised to IIT department Regular feedback with manager
- Month end closing:

- Review and recording of all Intercompany journals
- Recording of all accounting entries relating to catch-up, specific entries,
- Full reconciliation and documentation of both Balance Sheet and P&L positions related to Intercompany
- Analysis of movements in all Intercompany related balance sheet accounts
- Preparation of SOX controls
- Analysis and understanding of all major variances in reinvoicing with consistency table
- Scalability:

- Propose ideas to harmonize & standardize the intercompany accounting for all Criteo entities
- Integrate new countries or acquisitions into standard Criteo processes.
- Lead new and key projects
- Second the intercompany manager
- Relationship with audit:

- Collaboration to all PBC intercompany related requests and their appropriate analysis on a quarterly and yearly basis.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 5 years practical accounting experience
- Experience of working in a SOX Environment
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Experience of working in a fast moving, complex international environment
- Fluent English - any other languages a plus
- Results driven
- Ease with and curiosity about information systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and Flexible approach to work

- Strong excel skills
- Experience in TP Policies
