**Job Description**:
Based in our office in Madrid, we will carry the following responsibilities:

- Elaboration, processing and follow-up of quotations, orders, deliveries in compliance with the established ADV procedures;
- Follow-up of payments;
- Elaboration of the prospects quotations;
- Support to customers and distributors;
- Support to the follow-up of the deliveries of the registered orders;
- Opening, follow-up and filing of customer files;
- Collaboration and interaction with the accounting, logistics and IT departments in the follow-up of customer files.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated in international trade
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, customer and team work oriented
- An experience with ERP software is mandatory (SAP for instance)
- Good level on Office suit (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent english and spanish mandatory

The job is located in Alcobendas with an hybrid remote policy.
