**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Consumer Growth and CRM Analyst, to join the Central Operations team that supports the Spanish Uber Eats business.
Our Operations teams work where Uber's technology meets the real world. The Operations team's mission is to make the Uber Eats platform the preferred food delivery platform for consumers, restaurants, and couriers. You will focus on the consumer side of the marketplace, driving user growth and engagement through analytics and creativity.
You will join a passionate team that sees the success of the business as their own, where you will have the chance to create a direct impact Your focus will be on acquiring users through external channels; re-engaging users with creative and targeted CRM campaigns; handling local consumer messaging through in-app and out-of-app channels.
You will also collaborate with internal/external partners, including Regional/Global teams, Marketing, PR, Finance, Account Managers, and agencies, and will have direct exposure to the General Manager.
**What You'll Do**:
- Own and define our CRM strategy and operative end-to-end;
- Conceptualise and launch CRM campaigns that bring together the physical and digital world;
- Use data to surface the right communications to the right users, and define the targeting strategy
- Create magical experiences for our users - using data insights and personalization;
- Plan and execute acquisition campaigns through paid and partnership channels - track campaign results and optimize accordingly;
- Deploy promotions strategy and be owner of the designated budget checking efficiency and spending levels on a weekly basis.
**What You'll Need**:
- ** Bachelor and/or Master's Degree** in Business, Engineering or other relevant field;
- At least **3 years of experience** in similar roles;
- ** Analytics**: you’re proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and have advanced SQL knowledge;
- ** Attention to detail**:you know the details that matter and can work reliably on user-facing CRM and communications;
- ** Problem solving**: sitting at the intersection of the digital and physical world means solving complex problems every day and using data to drive action;
- ** Business acumen**: understanding and being fully aware of how our business operates and how it makes money and sustains profitable growth, now and in the future;
