Are you ready to change the world with us?_**
**You will**:
- Have an outstanding entrepreneurial approach and work autonomously to connect with global Automotive C-suite decision makers on global-, country-, dealergroup and dealer level.
- Lead and develop a team of key account managers and business developers.
- Act as the central connection between local in-market teams and the global OEM partner.
- Opening of new business opportunities in OEM, Dealer Group and independent automotive partners.
- Generate and foster new leads and opportunities through to long-term partner account and open up new in-stream and vertical business.
- Implement Automotive OEM contracts and oversee implementation in various markets to assure excellent service.
- Create quotes and build new opportunities and close sales opportunities.
- Manage daily activities in the company systems being proficient in Salesforce and BI.
**Requirements**:
- More than 6 years of experience in the automotive sales value chain.
- Have a very strong understanding of the customer journey of automotive customers, as well as the OEM- and dealer sales network that enables it.
- Expert in the automotive industry with a focus on recent shifts towards EV’s, dealer agency models and digital customer journey.
- Experience in EV charging technologies and high-level, C-suite sales.
- Experiences within dealer groups, dealer network development and fleet sales are a plus.
- Proven leadership competencies and engaging charisma.
- A smart hunter with high levels of LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency.
- Data driven decision maker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages would be a plus.
