**ASE Global are hiring for a Account Manager to join the team and play a mission-critical role in supporting and servicing some of the world's most prestigious and extraordinary OEM Automotive clients via market-leading industry-recognized software solutions technology.**

The Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and developing highly successful client relationships to ensure that ASE Global delivers for every customer: helping them to drive performance and accelerate profitability. Working with OEMs, dealer networks and individual dealerships to drive volume, profitability, and business improvement. Working to identify customer problems and devise programs that deliver a tangible impact.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:

- You could be part of an exciting an innovative team that is growing
- In this team, you will be supporting and identifying the needs of new and current customers to guide them in how to use our products at ASE Automotive Solutions
- Working cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Visit customers to identify business opportunities
- Overview dealer submissions and manage the validation process
- Contact Dealership Accountants regarding critical issues from submissions
- Overview and analyze reports with the franchise
- Lead review meetings with franchise
- Identify poor-performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues
- New franchise launch and roll-out, suiting with project-specific
- Project management: leveraging team resources in meeting project schedule and quality
- Ensure that appropriate quality standards are set and met for data architecture and analysis
- Understand and analyze requirements, seeking clarification as necessary
- Responsibility for maintenance of new and existing customer existing and new reporting solutions
- Provide technical expertise and consultancy to the business
- Working from home

**About You**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, essential
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience
- Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding
- Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication
- Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel skillset
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- An experienced Account Manager with a history of supporting software products
- A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on the process and solving problems
- A genuinely curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems, and the desire to grow and develop over time
- A team player who loves a challenge and wants to eventually ‘own' their area of the business
- Someone who is driven by life-long learning and continuous professional development
- Previous experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products
- Flexible working will be required due to the nature of the role

- Have a Motor Dealer or OEM consultancy or audit expertise
- Training expertise
- MBA advantageous but not essential
