**MAINTENANCE ENGINEER**

**Main Tasks**

Finalize new production site, machine transfer, start and follow-up new industrial part/process with the maintenance part (Maintenance level 1-2-3) Measure of efficiency, plan intervention for your team and external team, budget and cost control...

**Maintenance Part**

• Respect and ensure that the teams respect the order, cleanliness and safety standards in force at their workstation and ensure the safety of the equipment;
• Define or adapt, on the basis of the maintenance carried out in the other companies of the Group, maintenance levels 1, 2 or 3 according to the resources of the company, and in order to maximize the efficiency of the site and the production results;
• Organize and carry out interventions and repairs on machines, equipment and means (buildings, vehicles, handling equipment, pneumatic supplies, etc.) and level II preventive maintenance;
• Respond to intervention requests by identifying problems;
• Ensure the definition of preventive maintenance programs (level 1 and 2) and ensure their implementation with production;
• Train operators on level I preventive maintenance and verify its implementation;

Coordinate level III interventions (external interveners);

• Plan, follow up and carry out corrective actions if necessary (electrical installations, automatic doors, fire extinguishers, lifting equipment, tanks, tanks, emergency exit indications, gas, etc.).
• Ensuring the operation of building equipment (lighting, telephone, air conditioning, etc.).
• Establish provisional budgets and control service costs.
• Rationalize and manage the stock of spare parts;
• If necessary, coordinate, supervise and organize a team, as well as ensure the replacement of technicians in case of need;
• Ensure the organization of the necessary training and qualification (initial training or renewals) under your responsibility, for the center;
• Participate in the search for and evaluation of suppliers in collaboration with the Group Purchasing department;
• Work closely with all the Group's Maintenance departments to harmonize practices;
• Ensure communication between management and service personnel. To elaborate reports on the periodic activity and to ensure a reporting to your hierarchical line (instructions, intervention reports...).
• Create and manage the technical and maintenance documentation;
• Respect our Quality system;
• Respect safety standards and technical specifications in all your tasks;
• Ensure that in all circumstances, employees, personnel under training contracts, trainees or any external service provider intervening on the premises, act in accordance with the rules of prevention of occupational hazards,
• In general, the set of tasks established by the Management.

In all these items, when necessary, Standard Quality Tools (PFMEA, Capability), CAD Software (SOLIDWORKS ) and Programming Tools for Robots (Fanuc / ABB) and PLC (Siemens) will be used. These are appreciated skills but not mandatory.

Technical Skills / Certifications : electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic.
