Vendor Reporting Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
The purpose for this position is to manage the administration of multiple vendor reporting files. Submit the corrections to meet the data quality targets of the reports that may have impact on rebates. This is part process optimization project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple European vendor reports corrections on a daily basis (80%).
- Regular validation of reported data in collaboration with Vendor Reporting Focal points in the department (20%).

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- **Bachelor's Degree** with Information Technology Field of Study preferred.
- **Able to execute instructions** and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses basic clerical and **data entry skills**.
- **Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.**
- Able to recognize and **attend to important details with accuracy** and efficiency.
- **Able to communicate clearly** and convey necessary information.
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**.
- **Able to constructively work under stress and pressure** when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- **Able to work independently with minimum supervision.**
- **Able to quickly learn new systems and technology**.
