**What will you do? Make an impact**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT System Administrator to manage and evolve our European IT infrastructure. You will be part of a growing global team, shaping strategy and driving improvement across systems and processes.
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux, vmWare/Hyper-V) ensuring high performance and security
- Lead and coordinate IT projects, from planning to execution
- Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and user/group management
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage hardware/software lifecycle
- Collaborate on global policy development in IT operations, security, and business continuity
- Act as Tier 3 support and manage vendor relationships across Europe

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- 5+ years of experience as IT System Administrator in international environments
- Proven skills in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and enterprise system operations
- Strong project management and vendor coordination capabilities
- Fluent English and ability to work autonomously and proactively
