JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role will create and implement pricing and incentive strategies for accommodation across a specific region or Business unit working with regional directors and other Pricing Lead in other territories- This role will be the focal point for all pricing actions / override actions within a region / Business unit-
- Provides pricing expertise and analysis to make pricing decisions across all Accommodation products, clients and distribution for a select region- Develop and project-lead research, analysis, and reporting that facilitates assessments of pricing performance and aides in the identification of improvement opportunities and spotlights needs for corrective action.- Coordinate with other teams as a consumer of market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales performance data;- Assess and recommend opportunities for testing new pricing tactics; support Sales team education and roll-out, monitor performance and advise when proven improvements should be implemented more broadly- Implement recommended pricing strategies, managing all aspects of change management across the business and our clients;- Support Accommodation input into group pricing strategies and projects for bundled product offerings.

Requirements:
- Communication and Influencing skills are key for this role and must have high quality written and Verbal communication skills- Must be able to interpret data at pace and be comfortable making decisions- Exceptional presentational skills- Must be able to communicate to all levels of the company- Must be comfortable taking a Hands on approach when needed- Minimum 4 years leading a pricing / commercial team in a high pace industry
