**The Challenge**:
As a OneTrust Renewals Team Lead, you will act as a player coach as we build our Renewals Team. You mission will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the time of renewal - while creatively solving complex customer challenges. You will be the first line manager of a team tasked with executing quarterly renewals goals through research, negotiation and management of subscription renewal quotes and contracts.
**Your Mission**:
- Manage a team of Renewals Associates who own a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on-time, execution of processes and contract execution.
- Forecast and Deliver
- Work closely with the revenue management to align on strategies, renewal forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities (i.e., opportunities and risks)
- Drive performance metrics: Net Renewal Rate, Gross Renewal Rate, upsell/cross-sell identification
- Guide Renewal Associates on their professional development journey
- Partner with colleagues in Customer Success and/or Sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals - especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity.
- Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals.
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant, and manage contractual documentation.
- Identify commercial opportunities to increase Customer's utilisation of the OneTrust platform and work with the sales team to take advantage of any opportunities.
- Pro-actively collect, analyse, and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.

**Your Experience Includes**
- 3-4 years of sales experience preferred
- 1-2 years of people leadership experience
- BS degree (preferred in Marketing, Business or Communications)
- Highly collaborative, and willing to lead and work with varied teams to achieve goals.
- Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate teams.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and quickly changing environments.
- Experience managing a high-volume renewal portfolio and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred
