The IT Shared Services Organization performs several standardized and centralized IT functions benefitting PTC business units worldwide. As part of Shared Services, the End User Support team is responsible for end user computing, end user enablement, acting in the capacity of a customer liaison & advocate, trainer / mentor, assisting with regional infrastructure projects and project management. The IT EUS Associate Analyst is an entry level individual contributor role, acting as a supportive staff member with continuous direction from their Management. In this role your focus will be on day-to-day operations and end user requests. You will work closely with your management for direction and priorities and may participate in various capacities on a project team. Finally, you will build relationships with end users to understand their needs and requests. **Day to Day**: - Assist in level two analyses when the Service Desk is unable to resolve end user computing issues or requests. - Conduct the analysis for end user computing needs including primary systems, peripheral devices, and software (including labs). The supported Operating Systems include MS Windows (including virtual) and Apple. - May work across IT Departments coordinating problem resolution. - For long-running requests, the associated ticket is updated periodically with current status for reference. - Assist in discussions with facilities and other IT areas on specific tasks & timelines. Examples include move, replace and or configure primary and peripheral devices for new hires. Confirm with end users that resources are working as expected. Collect and package equipment to be recycled for pickup. - Once work is completed, associated tickets are updated with resolution information and closed. - When applicable, end users are provided with a general understanding of the cause of the problem. Preventative measures may be discussed **Requirements**: - Enrolled in a relevant degree program, with eligibility for an internship agreement through your university and the ability to work in Spain. - Available for a minimum 6-month internship, starting from **March 2025**.
