At **NETENDERS** we are looking for a new **Sales Representative with French** We want someone who is used to interact in different cultural places, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment. We are a pioneer & fast-growing international company that is the worldwide marketplace leader in Wholesale Blank Apparel.
**The role**:
As a Sales Representative you’ll be the principal point of contact with our customers.
Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Helping out customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Pack Office
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience need
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Prior experience within e-commerce/customer service would be appreciated.
- Fluent in **FRENCH** and English is mandatory
