**Main Tasks**

- Plan, organize, and optimize day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods within our quality standards
- Communicate and maintain relations with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve any transportation issues
- Prepare necessary documentation for shipments
- Trouble shooting, resolving logístical problems in a fast and efficient way

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistics or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in transportation coordination and logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under (time) pressure
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems
- English (spoken and written) B2 level
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player, positive attitude
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**What we offer**

- Subsidy of % of the daily menu (employee cost between 2,60 and 6eur).
- Flexible hours: you can start your working day between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- 30 working days of holidays according to the annual calendar.
