- Direct contact with clients and agents in the sales office.
- Commercial and administrative management: reports, client folders and maintenance of reliable information. Fulfillment of sales objectives.
- Attracting new opportunities through the relationship with real estate agencies.
- Visits to agencies to monitor the sales service.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably with a university education.
- Bilingual or with a very high level of English.
- Minimum experience of 5 years, preferably on the Costa del Sol for at least the last three years.
- Residence on the Costa del Sol or nearby.
