PMO Internship

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.
The intern will support the PMO team to review, update and track all necessary activities of multi-regional projects in APAC, EMEA, AMER, in partnership with different client team members and JLL Account stakeholders.
**Activities will support**:
Review PM activities of global projects, related to office changes, furniture updates, expansion or relocation of premises.
Reporting, weekly update of KPIs, Dashboards, SmartSheet updates, and client presentations
Support with Planning of key milestones, anticipating bottle necks and risk avoid during offices changes
Support sharing and communicate all updates with local, regional and global client/JLL teams
Connecting with Leasing/Transaction Management teams to update each site situations
Report and help PDS/PMO global teams with all necessary tracking, recording and filing materials
High proficiency in English, excel and pptx is a must. Other EMEA languages also a benefit.
