In this context, we are looking for a **RAN Management Architect **with a proven knowledge and experience in Telecommunication Networks to cover the following role;

**_Responsibilities:

- **
- Architect custom solutions of program and enterprise or operational scope.
- Architect reusable solutions of program and enterprise or operational scope.
- Customize reusable solutions of program and enterprise or operational scope.
- Capture and share architectural IP at the solution level.
- Define and implement architectural governance at the program and enterprise or operational scope.
- Contribute to the Architect profession both internally and externally.
- Lead architecture team in architecture activities for complex, medium to large opportunity.
- Develop for local and international clients technically or operationally feasible long-term IT strategies and plans.
- Assess business impact of multiple technologies/strategies.
- Identify and address technical or operational risks and new opportunities.
- Provide review/input on project activities for large enterprise or global level projects.
- Collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for large enterprise or global level projects.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations at CEO/COO/CIO levels for large, complex opportunities.

- Market Knowledge and working with suppliers and partners
- Working experience with partners and players both big and small - role : technical design/ operational working experience and how was this used
- Experience and Depth Ability to articulate the current state of the market and direction it will take with rationale.
- Good understanding of the current and anticipated use AI in mobile CSPs especially in RAN domain
- Experience in O-RAN working groups if any or other bodies like TIP
- Participation into these working groups and standardization efforts if any

**Technology knowledge**
- **In depth knowledge of the RAN technologies** - legacy RAN networks, NR, VmWave : Should be able to go into depth of the working of the RAN technologies
- Base technology knowledge on the legacy implementations and the use of virtualization and containerization with particular implications for adoption in the RAN area
- Ability to explain the working of cells and RAN parameters (in the Radio head, at the cell-site, and elsewhere in the network)
- Good understating of how radio site planning and continuous RAN optimization is done along with the specific tools used to achieve
- Should be capable of participating in Standards discussion at O-RAN or other related groups and driving the direction of standards if needed
- Operational
- Operational experience on ran site deployment process, testing/benchmarking and acceptance, and handling external contractors
- Technical Operations knowledge - should be able to explain what it takes to get a site deployed including setup and configuration based on vendors specific RAN NMS/tools
- Operational experience on RAN site maintenance and day to day processes (including rollout of new features and continuous RAN optimization) and procedures (kinds of issues, problem handling, resolution)
- Handling long term RAN planning and design - interactions and inputs to design team and planning team

**Education And Experience Required**

Industry experience - minimum 10 to 15 years Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
