This role combines technical expertise in network integration with a consultative approach to problem-solving, providing solutions, and enhancing mobile network performance in multi-vendor environments.Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on best practices for integrating and optimizing mobile networks in multi-vendor environments. Lead and coordinate the implementation of RAN solutions for Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment. Provide advanced technical support to field teams during integration and troubleshooting. Design optimization strategies to ensure maximum performance of implemented networks. Oversee the remote provisioning of network elements and features. Conduct testing and validation of pilot solutions prior to full-scale implementation. Ensure proper creation and resolution of tickets related to network incidents. Ensure updates, swaps, and other site integrations are completed on time and in line with project specifications.Requirements: Deep knowledge of Ericsson technologies. Extensive experience in remote provisioning, network management, and mobile network performance optimization. Proficiency in NMS protocols (SNMP, XML) and scripting tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex network problems.
