We are looking for an **Agile Team Coach** to join our Tech team in Spain. Your daily work will primarily focus on actively **shepherding** your domain to success using **Agile** **practices and coaching technique**. You will work side by side with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team distributed among our different offices around Europe. **What your responsibilities will be**: - Implementing common Agile practices within your domain. - Regularly performing Agile ceremonies according to your domain's schedule. - Advocating for the benefits of Agile practices. - Leading by example by embodying the Agile mindset and Agile principles. - Working with high levels of complexity and scope, larger audiences, with broader perspectives. - Using your broad knowledge and ability to equip your domain with tools (like Disc, NVC, etc.) to manage its dynamics and personalities. - Advocating for a "continuous improvement" mindset within your domain, regularly reviewing its overall effectiveness and how its members works together. - Providing direct feedback on how your domain's members can improve their execution of agile practices. - Organising and shepherding your domain to improvement using effective retrospectives, 1-2-1s, and other team-building interventions. - Using your understanding of Tuckman's Stages of Group Development to guide your domain to improvement. - Guiding your domain through the creation of clear goals; Diverging and converging on perspectives, then aligning on a goal and providing a call to action. - Helping your domain assess their own strengths, weaknesses, and dynamics, both individually and as a group. **What you bring**: - Proven experience: 3+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master in a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Agile expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with a track record of successful Agile implementation. - Coaching prowess: Skilled in individual and group coaching, facilitating effective communication, and fostering a culture of learning and growth. - Collaborative spirit: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering teamwork and collaboration. - A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us. - Strong working knowledge of English is required; proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.
