Internship - Energy Management Technician

You will be part of our EHS team. The objective of these internships is to collaborate in the proposal of solutions and improvements at a technical, operational and economic level (cost reduction) that contribute to improving the efficiency of GMV's facilities.

Its mission focuses on managing the efficient use of energy, evaluating the efficiency of energy and water installations in buildings, collaborating in their energy certification process, determining the feasibility of implementing solar installations, promoting the efficient use of energy and making improvement proposals that comply with current regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate in the supervision of the construction parameters of the building and establishing the level of associated energy demand.
- Prepare reports with improvement proposals to increase the energy efficiency of the facilities.
- Support in managing the efficient use of water in buildings.
- Collaborate in the evaluation of the different uses and consumption of water, analyzing the adequacy of the characteristics of the facilities to the demands of their users
- Determine the needs and feasibility of solar installation projects based on the energy interests of the user
- Collaborate in the process of energy certification of buildings

**DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM?**

If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following knowledge/experience:

- Engineering degree with training in energy, Architecture or Building Engineering
- Specific training in Energy Efficiency
- Knowledge of applicable regulations: CTE DB HE, CTE DB HS2, RITE, state and European legislation (directives) that regulate energy efficiency.

Valuable knowledge:

- Specialized training (Postgraduate and Master in Energy Efficiency and Saving, Renewable Energies, other certification standards.
- Knowledge of construction, installations and renewable energies.
- Management of Building Energy Assessment and Rating tools (mainly LIDER, CALENER VYP and CALENER GT)
- It is valued positively if you also have knowledge in the management of official energy certification programs, simplified and general procedure: CE3, CE3X, Cerma, Lider-Calener unified tool (HULC). As well as more recent tools such as SG SAVE, CYPETHERM HE Plus or TeKton3D-CEEP
- Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems
