**Role Overview**
As an **Account Manager - Key Accounts** at Qualifyze, **you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission by generating net new ARR through retaining and upselling existing customers**. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that customers outsource as many of their audits to Qualifyze as possible.
As a regional Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner for your assigned accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams and leveraging your expertise to help our clients succeed while growing Qualifyze's footprint within their organizations.
We are **currently expanding our Growth team and hiring one Account Manager per region** to ensure focused and dedicated support for our key markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Own the customer journey after the Account Executive closes the deal, ensuring a seamless handover and continuous value delivery.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve a 100% share of wallet.
- Visit key accounts on-site (+€30k deal size) to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, the supplier sales team, and operations to ensure audits are carried out successfully.
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate data on deals, forecasts, and opportunities, following the current sales methodology.
- Regularly submit forecasts for the following month, providing detailed visibility into pipeline health and deal progress.
- Develop deep industry knowledge in auditing and the pharma sector to engage effectively with customers.
- Proven track record in account management, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
- Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
