The Project Management Office team at Customer Experience EMEAR SP encompasses highly skilled and experienced professionals in Project Management field to successfully deliver tangible results for our external Service Provider segment Customers in EMEAR. The values, strengths, satisfaction come from the diversity of this highly international Team you could be part of, finding alignment in delivering the business outcomes for our Customers demands. **What you'll do**: We are looking for a French speaker senior project manager who will be accountable and responsible in leading short and long-term projects for our Service Provider segment Customers and can help work with key internal and external partners to drive the success of our CX French projects. - Plan, implement and close collaboration projects successfully while handling scope, timelines, financials, communications, and other activities necessary for successful project management - Handle internal and external expectations and communications in regards to delivery, performance and customer satisfaction - Demonstrate excellent communications capabilities, intuition for business and resource management without functional authority - Run projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and subscription projects - Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects on-time, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction - Perform overall project-level planning and lead execution - Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end project implementation - Responsible for project metric tracking, and managing project financials and profitability - Find opportunities for additional business and provide input to presales and renewal evaluation - Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy - Lead the execution of contract Change Management process - Manage Partner delivery and commercials when 3rdparty technical delivery resources are engaged on program - Build Cisco's project community by sharing lessons learned, standard methodologies and participating in the PM Role Community **Who you are**: - 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience in the IT industry. - Exceptional Project Management Skills including scheduling, financial reporting, performance reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management, procurement management and other key PM abilities - Professional PM certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/SCRUM/ACP or equivalent. Preference would be given to the PMP certified professionals. - Professional Agile methodologies certification: SCRUM, PMADI, SaFE - Hands on experience of using Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) and MS Excel. - Work experiences with European Service Provider customers. - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Driver, collaborator, "do what it takes" attitude - Experience with navigating various environments where culture and structure varies within the organization with political navigation skills - Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with little direction - Performs other duties as assigned - Travel as per the business requirements within EMEAR. - French language required **We are Cisco**: WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all.
