**Multisales Location Preferred**:
The Early Talent Manager owns in full the Early Talent development strategy for Multisales. Therefore, this role has the primary responsibility of designing, improving and running the early talent programs for Mars Multisales (most significantly, the MS MLE Program) with the goal of building the future talent pipeline of leaders for the region. This role works in coordination with the wider Early Talent organizations to ensure alignment of approach, synergies where possible and sharing of best practices, deploying global tools and frameworks. The role cooperates with EB teams and P&O BPs in the units to ensure quality and efficiency of attraction, selection and program execution in markets.
Reporting to the regional Talent Director, this role will also participate in supporting the wider Talent agenda for Multisales.
**What are we looking for?**:
- Experiences in Talent Management, L&D, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and/or Staffing
- Ability to interpret global processes, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed
- Ability to prioritize business and customer needs
- Ability to organize, coordinate and run events
- Ability to plan and manage budgets
- Good listening, coaching, motivating and feedback skills
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Build strong and sustainable relationship and collaboration with business leaders to ensure that Early Talent program is a top priority for the business
- Adapt the Early Talent vision and strategy to Multisales Europe & SA and drive continuous improvement to ensure the Early Talent programs remain world class student/graduate programs
- Manage the program’s communication (internal and external; incl VP’s, GM’s, P&O Heads, line managers)
- Act as the key interface with the MS Business units to ensure stakeholder support and alignment for the programs as well as supporting the unit to ensure the program matches business needs
- Responsible for the recruitment from attraction through to onboarding, working closely with the local business units as necessary.
- Full vendor management of key vendors (e.g. attraction agencies, selection toolkit, training providers etc)
- Optimize the processes and ensure excellence in execution for the program’s activities across the year as per annual key events calendar: Induction Week, Training Week and Year End Evaluation and etc.
- Member of the wider Mars Early Talent network, ensuring MS representation but also contributing to the European and Global Early Talent agenda
- Act as key interface for the Global Mobility Team on international moves and coordinate all P&O processes for the graduates
- Manage the program’s budget
- Support and contribute to different Talent processes and projects
