You will be responsible for the management and improvement of the Service Desk team.
- Collaborate with Management and take strong ownership on tasks & projects.
- Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement.
- Automatise and optimise manual tasks.
- Managechases & escalations and keep the Management & key stakeholders informed.
- Ability to handle customers and communicate at all levels including Executive Board Level.
- Fluent in English.

- 3-5 years previous experience in a Technical environment in a European or Global company
- Experience with service ticketing tools
- Result focused and customer service oriented.
- Project Management and Change control experience.
- Experience in process documentation with detail-oriented skills.
