Buscamos un Team Lead de Infraestructura & Service Desk que lidere la transformación tecnológica de nuestra PropTech y sea clave en la escalabilidad y consolidación tecnológica del grupo.

Serás responsable de la estrategia de infraestructura, de asegurar la operatividad diaria de los sistemas y de dirigir la integración técnica de las empresas adquiridas, así como la migración estratégica a la nube para maximizar la eficiencia y optimizar costes.

Qué harás

  • Liderar y motivar al equipo de Infraestructura y Service Desk, fomentando la excelencia y la orientación al servicio.
  • Gestionar proyectos de principio a fin, asegurando la entrega eficiente y de calidad.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de migración a la nube (AWS).
  • Integrar sistemas, servidores, redes y software de nuevas empresas adquiridas.
  • Optimizar costes de infraestructura mediante estrategias FinOps.

Qué buscamos

  • Experiencia liderando equipos de infraestructura o service desk.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en AWS, Terraform y CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
  • Experiencia en migraciones cloud, integración de sistemas y optimización de costes.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
