**About the Production Center**:
The Production Centre is a hub of excellence based in Madrid formed by a multinational team of production experts which delivers solutions all across Europe driven by the goal of adding value for the business in every piece we manage.

For Creative Production, we have a dynamic and growing team, which is known for its high degree of commitment to meeting objectives and providing a service in line with business expectations. We work closely with our Studios and at the same time with our internal and external stakeholders all over Europe, creating a relationship of trust that promotes a positive and fluid working environment.

Currently, the Creative Production team at the Production Centre is led by the Creative Production Lead and we have Production Managers who are experts in the area. We are currently looking for suitable profiles to join our team and to grow steadily in order to meet new challenges and clients' expectations.

**Purpose of the role**:
Oversees the production of creative assets across various clients in a high paced environment, from quoting to delivery, according to the defined processes and KPIs, so our service reputation remains as best-in-class in the industry.
Clarify creative briefs with the client, and review files received before sending to the studio.
Maintain active and effective studio relationships to allow a robust production execution even if managed remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You ensure the briefing received from the client is clear in terms of requirements and technical information before being forwarded to our studio teams for production.
- You are able to brief the studio in an effective way, to ensure we can quote according to the requirement in the KMMS system (Noosh or WIP).
- You check the artworks before they reach the client to verify that the brief matches the result.
- You have all your projects under control and know how to prioritise them when managing them.
- You are responsible for following up to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
- You proactively check the studio’s progress and keep everything under tight control.
- You are in charge of closing the projects in the system (WIP) once the client has received the final files.
- You will be in constant contact with internal and external stakeholders at the European level.
- You offer an efficient and quality service at all times.

**Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge**:

- You demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude at all times.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- You are solution orientated.
- Industry-related education and qualification are preferred.
- Project Management skills.
- You have a basic/medium knowledge level of the Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc, to be able to review the files from clients and make sure the Studio can work with them.
- You have an overview of the precise information that a creative production brief should contain so that you know what questions to ask the client in case of missing information and can communicate the task in a clear way to the artworkers.
- Knowledge of Graphic Design is a plus.
