**Purpose**:
Accountable for transforming scientific and technical content into new products that demonstrates Lipotec Active Ingredients’ scientific expertise, innovation, and strategic values.

**Responsibilities**:
Contributes to the development of innovative new active ingredients, in collaboration with cross-disciplinary partners, from conceptualization through to the production of effective communication tools

Develop marketing and communication tools, where appropriate, reflecting business needs and/or market trends

Provides product-related service and support to global sales network

Monitor customer and competitor activities and trend updates

Prepare documentation related to license agreements and media copyright agreements

Liaise with various internal teams and external vendors

Perform daily duties and tasks as delegated by the Global Marketing Manager

**Required background**:

- Scientific education to understand and interpret data. Minimum of a master’s degree in relevant field such as biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy
- Professional experience in the field of cosmetics
- Effective organizational skills to juggle various tasks at the same time and managing time to meet project deadlines
- Excellent written skills in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team
- Take action
