The British College of Gavà is seeking to appoint an Admissions Officer and Extra curricular activities Coordinator to join us in June 2025 on a permanent and full time basis.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Admissions Officer and Extracurricular Activities Coordinator is a dual-role position designed to support student enrollment and enhance the student experience through our already vibrant extracurricular programming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admissions Officer Duties:

- Lead student recruitment initiatives, including open days, prospective parent’s visits, and community outreach.
- Show the BCG site to future families
- Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Coordinate and participate in admission events, interviews, and placement testing.
- Maintain admissions databases and prepare regular reports on enrollment metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on admissions materials and digital outreach.

Extracurricular Activities Coordinator

**Duties**:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate extracurricular programmes including club and student organizations.
- Liaise with the different ECAP suppliers and external staff who provide the external extra curricula services
- As part of the Admin team, front desk duties are required
- Promote student leadership and participation through active engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and staffing for extracurricular activities.
- Act as liaison between students, faculty advisors, and administration to support student-led initiatives.
- Supervise student clubs and organizations ensuring compliance with school policies.

- 1+ years of experience in admissions, student activities, or educational programming.
- Bilingual in English and Spanis
- Proficiency with student information systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and event planning tools.
- Knowledge in iSams Management Information System and in Open Apply
- **Master Formación del Profesorado o C.A.P.**
