**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES **is looking for a **Technical Architecture Lead **, based in our **(Boadilla/Cantabria/Málaga) **office.**

**UK Tower **is the Santander UK Nearshoring strategy vehicle in Santander Digital Services located in Spain, to provide technology workforce and services directly to Santander UK that will work together and for UK Technology teams.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Technical Architecture Lead, **and as a p art of Technology and Operations within CTO, the purpose is to manage all aspects of the delivery of the technology transformation for the CTO function aligning Business and Technology strategy looking at efficiencies and recommendations to improve business processes within the area

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Managing the technology transformation plan within the CTO function with oversight across all CTO internal change. Management and reporting of risks, dependencies & benefits across all individual projects and initiatives.
- Managing budgets for the CTO technology change project portfolio, working with divisional leadership to support with prioritisation and sequencing from a technical perspective.
- Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders to elicit, elaborate and document the full range of requirements.
- Assisting in the translation of requirements into Features and User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Supporting by providing direction and leadership to the Scrum/delivery teams and ensuring the solutions delivered meet the levels we strive for within CTO.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.

EXPERIENCE
- Technology control design and implementation experience and architecture project management experience
- Experience in Change Management

EDUCATION
- University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

**Technical Skills**
- Proven experience in project management within IT using Agile Frameworks is a must.
- Experience in managing business stakeholders in complex scenarios requiring political awareness, negotiation, problem solving and delivering through others.
- Self driven and autonomous with the ability to organise own time and workload, monitoring own performance and that of your colleagues.
- Financial management experience. From requirement gathering to planning of effort, time and budgets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with highly technical teams.
- Jira, Confluence and Git experience within both agile and waterfall projects.
- PMP or Prince2 Certification, Agile Certification
