User Research Lead

We’re currently looking for an **User Research Lead** to join our Customer Experience & Design Organization, in one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company, which has the purpose to deliver meaningful end to end experiences to our customers.

**-What will your day to day be like?-**
- You will:_
- Define and implement **User Research strategy **for the company's business.
- ** Lead** a small **team** of _researchers_ ensuring the execution of the plans on **time**, at the desired **quality** while being a source of **inspiration** and role model for the team members.
- ** Design & conduct** all aspects of user research studies for programs at different stages of development (from **insights** research, to **concepts**, to product **validations**).
- Build strong **relationships** with partners and stakeholders to properly **connect** user _research_ with the_ plans _and_ initiatives._
- ** Evangelize** _user-centered thinking_ and _research guidelines _to reinforce a culture of **informed, data-driven, and empathetic** decision-making to the rest of the organization.

**-What are we looking for?-**
- ** +3 years** of experience working on user research and conducting **user research and usability testing **for _digital and physical_ products or solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in** leading people** in a _dynamic environment._
- Extensive and solid knowledge in **User Research methodologies**. Experience working with **quantitative and qualitative** user research methods.
- Demonstrated **leadership skills**, including _coaching, team building,_ ability to _influence_ others and _conflict resolution._
- ** Multi-tasking** and **prioritization** skills.
- Strong **verbal and written** communication skills (mastery in **English** required)
- ** Change agent **skills.
