Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Lead to join our team and work with 100% dedication on a strategic project (DPI) for one of our top enterprise clients. This role is a key position focused on delivering advanced analytics solutions that empower the client’s Commercial organization to make data-driven decisions with speed, clarity, and precision. The UX Lead will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of data-driven platforms used across sales, marketing, and customer engagement teams. The role combines hands-on UX design, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that complex analytics and data models are transformed into intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences. Main Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of human-centered user experiences for advanced analytics and data platforms. Translate complex business and data requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible interfaces. Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Plan and conduct usability testing, user research, and A/B testing, incorporating feedback into continuous design improvements. Define and maintain information architecture, navigation flows, and responsive design standards across platforms. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align objectives and expectations. Monitor UX performance through KPIs, adoption metrics, and usage analytics, driving continuous improvement. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX design and user experience activities as described above. Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams, coordinating cross-functional contributors, and owning delivery outcomes. Strong expertise in Human-Centered Design, usability principles, and interaction design. Proven experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Solid experience conducting usability testing, user research, and design validation. Strong understanding of information architecture, responsive design, and navigation patterns. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Proactive approach to risk identification, issue management, and delivery governance. Nice to Have / Additional Knowledge: Awareness of modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar) and how UX integrates with backend services. Experience with data visualization, BI tools, and analytics platforms, optimizing self-service and report consumption. Knowledge of enterprise platform integration, including authentication, security, and scalability considerations. Requirements Degree in Cyber Security / Information Security, Computer Science / Information Technology or similar (Master´s in related fields would be desirable) Experience Operating PAM systems in OT environments, ensuring high availability and performance across IT and OT environments Experience managing identity lifecycle for non-human entities (e.g., containers, services, IoT devices). Experience conducting compliance checks and audits related to access control, to ensure operational stability and compliance Experience troubleshooting and resolving privileged access and identity management issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Experience delivering training and support to IT and OT stakeholders. Hands-on experience with PAM platforms (e.g., Delinea, HashiCorp, CyberArk, Akeyless, Infisical, BeyondTrust). Experience managing non-human identities in hybrid environments. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control best practices. Experience operating and maintaining systems that manage both human & non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs, devices), ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioning. Experience with maintainance of operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports related to PAM and NHI systems. Experience in identifying opportunities to optimize existing PAM/NHI operations and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives. Certifications related to PAM / Identity & Access Management / Security / Security Governance (desirable) Experience supporting global operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in fast-evolving tech environments Proficiency in English
