**About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments**
- 5+ years of experience in UX Designer
- Bachelors in a design or related field
- Experience in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision.
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Good communication skills in English and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with design systems and pattern libraries.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular is a plus.
- Master’s degree in design
**What will you be doing in this role?**
- ** Design & Implementation**: Develop consistent and user-friendly UI features and enhancements that adhere to user experience principles.
- ** User Research**: Support user research efforts to identify needs and pain points, guiding design decisions.
- ** UX Artifacts**: Create key deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- ** Usability Testing**: Conduct tests and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Communicate design requirements to the product team and ensure accurate implementation in collaboration with engineering teams.
- ** Feedback & Reviews**: Participate in design reviews to give and receive constructive feedback.
- ** Cross-Functional Cooperation**: Work with product managers, developers, researchers, and designers to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions through open communication and collaboration.
**Product you will be developing**
PISA provides Patent Intelligence, Search, and Analytics solutions to help customers create, protect, and commercialize their patents, encompassing sub-products like PT Annuities, IP Recordals, and PatentAdmin.
**About the Team**
You’ll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working from Barcelona Office and being part of a local fast pace growing design community.
**Hours of Work**
This is a full-time, permanent contract (40 hours per week with flexibility)
Hybrid model (2-3 per week working from our Barcelona Office)
