Moving Administrator

The primary responsibility of this position includes supporting Moving Consultants on all tasks and activities necessary to ensure a successful relocation for transferring employees of Sterling Lexicon's corporate clients. This role will be based in the UK but will be working with our Spanish office.

**ACCOUNTABILITES**:

- Provides support to Moving Consultants in coordinating and facilitating global relocation benefits to our customers
- Ensure client records on company computer system are accurate and entered in a timely manner.
- Supports data integrity and service goals by helping manage key relocation related information in Helix (our CRM Tool), related to assignee, and other stakeholders in the assignment lifecycle to include but not limited to building and maintaining files, invoicing in within agreed time frames, sending out relocation related packages and materials, ensuring data integrity, including uploading of key documents are always kept up to date
- Building and maintaining relationship with local and global providers when necessary
- Ensure relevant parties (Sales, Crews, Operations, Relocation, Warehouse, Agents & subcontractors) receive all relevant documentation in a timely and polite manner and keep them fully informed of all relevant aspects of the move.
- Provides back-up support to Relocation Consultants in fielding calls and directing stakeholders to the correct consultant/team/department
- Demonstrates a willingness to improve job-related skills, responding to direction and constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner
- Attends and actively participates in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate
- Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team and service partners
- Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual and Policy and Procedures manual

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for counselling employees at all levels
- House-hold Goods co-ordination experience is essential
- Highly customer service oriented
- Ability to multitask and organise workflow to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Demonstrate a global mindset, multicultural awareness, and ability to work and collaborate across cultures, with excellent Geographical and global awareness.
- Computer proficient and capable and comfortable in learning customized software necessary of the specialized tasks related to relocation activity
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills required
- **Bilingual (Spanish)** or international experience preferred
- Preferred one to three years’ experience in customer service industry
