The Role
At Kyndryl we are looking for a Storage Administrator:
- Day-to-day storage administration including engineering new solutions as needed.
- Configuring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading the storage network.
- Tuning and performance reporting for storage systems.
- Performing security procedures and following policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Providing technical guidance to customers.
- Creating and updating technical documentation as required.
- Team-oriented and able to operate with mínimal supervision.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Who You Are
- Knowledge of storage technology, deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
- 5 years of hands-on technical experience administering storage infrastructure and SAN network (Brocade) at an enterprise level.
- Strong working knowledge of NetApp devices, including tools such as TPC, BNA, Storage Insight, and NetApp's tools.
- Demonstrated experience participating in incident, problem, and change control processes.
- fluent Spanish is mandatory.
