As our new **Customer Service Representative**, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
- Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions
- Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistics, Contract dept, collections to resolve customer inquiries
- Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management
- Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in **English**, **Spanish **and** Native Danish or Norwegian**:

- Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry
- Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership
- MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred
