Position : Customer Service Representative (Danish) Location : Barcelona (on-site) Contract : Full-time, 385h/week (Monday–Sunday), Temporary About the role As a Customer Support Advisor you will identify the needs of international travellers and accommodation partners, mediate between both sides, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service across email and phone interactions. Duties and responsibilities Understand and identify customer needs. Listen, respond, and mediate between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. Clarify inquiries about service payment and technical requirements, and provide accurate information following set processes via email and phone. Requirements Danish C2 level and advanced English. Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills. PC skills: Office 365, CRM, database, and other internal platforms. A problem‑solving and solution‑driven mentality. Positive, motivated mindset to deal with tricky customer problems. Goal‑oriented work approach. Open mind to changing priorities and business processes. Affinity with accommodation platforms. Experience in customer service or contact centre environments valued. Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km of the office).
